As a 14-year veteran of the bridal beauty industry, I know exactly how it feels to start getting burnt out on the hustle of solo artistry working every weekend. I started feeling this in 2016, after I had been a solo artist for 8 years. I slowly started to build a team with zero idea what I was doing or how to truly manage it all.
Before I knew it, I was in over my head - however, I WAS able to take a big step back from the artistry side. This allowed me to give everything to GROWING and SCALING my business.
Fast forward to 2023 and I'm fully retired from weddings while I have a team of 20 amazing artists who I consider extended family serving our bridal clients.
When you're solo for so long and get to a place where you want to either a. stop doing weddings or b. scale way back... it's a hard pill to swallow to think about losing all you built. That is where building a team came into my life. I didn't want to lose it all but I needed a major change.
